In my spare time, I prioritize physical and mental wellness through swimming, meditation, and enjoying classic films.

Despite my unconventional start as an Art Historian, I am passionate about bringing my flair for enablement and strategy to the field of Learning and Development. I firmly believe that education is the key to helping individuals and businesses achieve their greatest goals. My commitment to excellence means creating training that is genuinely impactful for both learners and companies.

This drive has led me to work across a wide range of industries, including aviation, technology, telecommunications, customer service, and publishing.

I have extensive experience working in international environments—leading both regional and global teams for startups and traditional companies alike. My long-term success is a testament to my flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing scenarios.

Currently, I'm focused on the capabilities of AI for L&D transformation and the intersections between Human-Centered Design and Behavioral Science.
