As an out gay cis man from a diverse upbringing, I know for a fact that DEI values (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity) in the workplace and societies are here to stay. There is no sustainable growth without an intentional and deep commitment to DEI principles.
When it comes to walking the talk, I am proud to highlight major accomplishments that have brought a deep sense of belonging to individuals. No matter where they place in the organizational chart (or even outside the corporate world), I make sure to bring everyone to the table in the best #BetterTogether and #SmarterTogether style!
Beyond conversation, putting DEI principles into practice requires dedicated effort. My advocacy has taken shape in several key initiatives that have driven meaningful change. Here are some of my major accomplishments:
4
dashboards
developed to track key performance indicators: community growth, event CSAT, and financial health.
20+
small and large-scale events led to celebrate intersections of inclusivity .
62%
community growth
achieved in less than one year for the LGBTQ+ group at Autodesk Spain.

When DEI values + Learning & Development + Strategy intersect, an immense area of opportunity pops up. From designing more inclusive onboarding and upskilling programs that take into consideration Human Behavior principles and data, to crafting products, services and platforms that are destined to specific or broader audiences -- with their interests and/or limitations in mind --, everyone benefits from it. Thus, those choices help business expand their footprint positively.
Moreover, the global landscape of regulations lean towards a whole new set of standards in UX, UI, compliance, information security, and privacy that companies must comply with. The European Accessibility Act, the GDPR, etc. are undeniable examples of this scenario.
